Our goal is to improve services for youth experiencing trauma and stigma.
We currently develop and test interventions that improve services delivered in places central to youth mental health, like schools and healthcare.
Getting Access to the Internet (GAIN)
To help navigators better support youth and families who face barriers to accessing mental healthcare, we are partnering with Dr. Miya Barnett's PADRES Lab at UC Santa Barbara to develop an online self-paced training that teaches navigators how to connect youth and their families with online mental health resources.
Want to participate?
Youth, their caregivers, and community health navigators who want to help develop this training can email affirmingnavigation@gmail.com for more information.
